Estimators continuously monitors labour rates across all regions of the UK. The data collected forms our Labour Rate Database.

The database is automatically updated every time an existing trade customer revises their labour rates or a new trade customer submits a labour rate form.

The database provides us with local labour rate information, which enables us to produce accurate estimates for Home Owners, Self Builders and system estimates for Builders and Builders Merchants.

System Estimate: an estimate that uses regional labour rates, assumed tool/plant hire and fixed profit margin/contingency; these are automatically used when a trade customer type requests an estimate where their specific labour rates are unknown. (click here for more details)
