The database is automatically updated by our systems every time an existing trade customer reviews and revises his/her labour rates or a new trade customer submits a labour rate form.
The database provides us with detailed local labour rate information, which enables us to produce accurate estimates for Home Owners, Self Builders and system estimates for Builders and Builders Merchants.
We also monitor regional material prices, so that we can be confident that our estimates are as accurate as possible.
System Estimate: an estimate that uses regional labour rates, assumed tool/plant hire and fixed profit margin/contingency; these are automatically used when a trade customer type requests an estimate where specific labour rates are unknown. (click here for more details)
