Sending a project to be estimated
Bring scale drawings to your local Jewson branch. The branch staff will help you fill out an estimating request form (the estimating request form is a checklist of crucial items that we need to know to produce an accurate estimate).
Scale drawings should be to a recognised metric scale 1:50 or 1:100. On paper or as AutoCad drawing files (or as pdf files created to scale). We will need floor plans and elevations. If the project is an extension we will need the proposed and existing drawings.
The branch send your drawings to Estimators Limited and we produce your estimate.
The completed estimate is returned to the branch for you to collect. The materials estimate can also be run through individual terms.
Please note we can only accept full size drawings to a recognised scale such as 1:50 1:100. We don't accept photocopied or scanned drawings.
